We specialise in baking and designing all types of celebration cakes, working closely with you in order to achieve exactly what you envisage! The Birkdale Cakery is owned by myself Abbie and my husband Mark, we are based in Southport and deliver to most parts of Lancashire and Merseyside. I have a passion for baking and cake decoration, and have worked hard to gain a diploma in wedding cake design and decoration, and a certificate in cake decoration, so you can be sure your cake is in safe hands.
