Wild Fox Gin is a new premium range of spirits, hand crafted on our family farm in Inglewhite by us, Rob & Lizzie. For our hero Gin – Ivy’s Signature, we use 9 hand selected botanicals including 4 which are foraged from our fields, orchard and hedge rows. A true Gin for proper Gin lovers, which requires nothing but Ice and a splash of tonic. Our newest addition to the family; Blushing Vixen – what we believe is the UK’s only all-natural Rhubarb and Elderflower Gin, pays homage to British farming with the bottle bursting full of farm grown botanicals and fruits. As fourth generation farmers we are passionate about what we do, our Gins all wear a ‘backing British farming’ swing tag around their neck with pride. Throughout the year we also create seasonal releases using the fruits which the farm offers at that time of year, these are super special and with the harvests, are not around for long!
